DEBORA SANTINI

I hold a BA in Communication Studies – Advertising and Marketing by the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil). After training at TWResearch (London), I was co-founder of the market research company TWRAmericas, based in Florianopolis. Currently in Porto Alegre,  I work as an independent researcher, serving national and international clients in qualitative studies of various subjects.

I love my job, I really enjoy meeting people.

When I am welcomed at a respondent's house, talk to groups, analyse 

social networks, I see how the consumer has a need to be heard.

With market research we can better understand the role of a product in the life of the consumers, know what they really want, what they need, and we can find out how products and services impact their everyday life.
